Course Overview

Previously known as NOSA Auditor’s Course, learners will gain practical auditing skills grounded in international best practices and standards. The course uses the NOSA Five Star System, which is Annex XL-aligned, following the structure of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. The principles learned can be applied to any HSE management system — not only to NOSA frameworks.

While no real audit is conducted, learners complete a comprehensive case study, simulating an audit process in a practical, hands-on format.

Formative assessment

• Various activities will be completed during class as well as for homework

• Learner needs to complete a POE

Summative assessment

Written assessment and practical exercise to be completed at the end of the course.
